Delivery Terms

 

1. Delivery

1.1 Orders over USD $450.00 are delivered free of charge

1.2 Orders under USD $450.00 will be delivered at a fixed rate of USD $5.00 Incl VAT. The delivery charge will be added to your cart if the order is under USD $450.00.

1.3 We deliver to any physical address within Zimbabwe provided it is not in an informal settlement. We also do not deliver to certain townships and locations.

1.4 All shipments are comprehensively insured at no additional cost to you, delivery is 100% guaranteed or your money back.

1.5 We do not deliver outside of Zimbabwe.

1.6 We can facilitate nationwide deliveries using any of the independent courier services available. 

1.7 Please note liability is transferred from us once the product has been collected by the courier

1.8 Delivery lead times to major cities or towns within the following provinces:

 

Region Delivery ETA
Harare, Chitungwiza, Norton 1 – 3 business days
Major Zimbabwe Towns 2 – 5 business days

Delivery may take longer to outlying and rural areas.

2. Collection

2.1 You have the option to collect your order from our office located at Shop 8, Elina House 41 Midlothian Avenue, Eastlea Shopping Centre, Harare, Zimbabwe

2.2 Place your order online and select “Pay On Collection”. We will process your order for collection and let you know as soon as it is ready. Do not arrive at our warehouse until you receive this confirmation.

2.3 You can pay at our warehouse using cash, card or EFT.
